Mario Rosati is a named partner of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Silicon Valley’s premier law firm. Rosati specializes in corporate law, especially as it relates to technology companies. He is president of WS Investments, an investment partnership composed of the partners of the firm.
Rosati was an adjunct professor at the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business from 1995-2012, where he taught New Venture Finance. Rosati taught the same course at the University of California Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2012 and 2013. Rosati has sat as judge pro-tem in the San Mateo County Superior Court in the State of California. He also participated in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Task Force for President-elect Ronald Reagan.
Rosati is a director of publically traded companies Aehr Test Systems and Sanmina Corporation, in addition to several private companies. Rosati received his JD from Berkeley Law where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Corporations.
